Growing Up

Joy is growing up so fast! She's going to be seven this summer....how did that happen?! She's really into doing things all by herself lately. Recently she found a recipe for Apple Crumble in her kids' Highlights magazine, and decided that she wanted to make us all dessert one night. So with only mom's supervision, she made us a yummy dessert all by herself!

She did a great job and was quite proud of herself.... It was super yummy!
